Since its inception, sustainability has been a paramount focus at UW Solutions. Given our reliance on the production of highly engineered wood products, we have developed processes that prioritize environmental stewardship. We actively engage in sustainable practices to safeguard the Earth's natural resources for future generations. From utilizing recycled materials in our manufacturing processes to implementing workplace recycling and green initiatives, we have fostered a culture that values the preservation of the Earth and its resources.

We continue to push forward on our environmental initiatives, looking for ways to improve our recycling practices and lower our carbon footprint. As part of that commitment, we submit our ResinDek® wood flooring panels for independent, third-party evaluations and certifications of our Earth-friendly processes each year.

SCS GLOBAL SERVICES CERTIFICATION ACCREDITED TO RESINDEK®

To confirm our responsible use of the planet's natural resources, our ResinDek® engineered flooring panels are reviewed and validated annually by SCS Global Services. SCS is an international leader in third-party quality, environmental, and sustainability verification, certification, auditing, testing, and standards development. SCS certification helps organizations affirm and communicate their sustainability practices.

RESINDEK®'S FSC® CERTIFICATION: FCS-CERTIFIED WOOD FLOORING

ResinDek® engineered wood flooring panels have met the Forest Stewardship Council's® stringent criteria to receive FSC certification. FSC® License Code FSC-C124474.

Working to improve forest management around the world, the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting the responsible use of this critical natural resource. The FSC® mission is "promoting environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests."

FSC® certification creates an incentive for forest owners and managers to follow the best social and environmental practices. It can be awarded to products made from wood or other forest products that come from responsibly managed forests. It confirms that the products bearing the FSC mark are manufactured using sustainable environmental practices.
