ResinDek panels have the proven structural integrity to support live and dead pallet jack loads from 2,000 – 8,000 lbs. A minimum of 20 GA corrugated metal B-Deck is recommended on all ResinDek flooring projects where live and dead loads are under 2,500 lbs. 18 GA corrugated metal B-Deck should be used on live and dead loads that exceed 2,500 lbs. ResinDek Xspan and ResinDek Xspan FR is a structural flooring solution that does not require B-Deck.

NOTES FOR TABLES ABOVE:

  • Testing was completed with polyurethane caster wheels and any deviation or alternative wheels such as crowned, steel or plastic could void the warranty. Contact the ResinDek brand of UW Solutions for more information.
  • For flooring used with corrugated b-deck: Please note load values above are calculated on 36" beam spacing, increased spacing will reduce capacity. Floor deflection is L/240.
  • For flooring solutions with no b-deck: All allowable loads are based on a two span condition. Uniform load values are based on L/240 deflections, any deviation can positively or negatively impact these values. Please contact UW Solutions' ResinDek brand for other span conditions. The calculations and load tables to the left have been compiled based on specified calculation methods and assumptions. The loads provided are for the purpose of information for preliminary studies and can not be used as a reference in structural studies. Contact an accredited engineering office or architect to perform a complete stability analysis.

RESINDEK® SHELVING SYSTEM FOR WAREHOUSE MEZZANINE FLOOR

The ResinDek® Shelving System aids operations in optimizing the storage and organization of case goods and individual components within industrial racks and shelves. This system consists of ResinDek horizontal shelving, ResinDek vertical dividers, steel or lumber supports spanning the rack beams (including stepped options), and vertical end stops. Custom machined to suit specific storage requirements, the system can be easily installed without the need for hardware.
