FLAME RESISTANT MEZZANINE DECKING SYSTEM

ResinDek Xspan FR is a fire-resistant structural mezzanine floor solution that does not require metal corrugated substructure. It meets ASTM E-84 Class "A" flame spread less than 25, meets UK Class "0", and meets European standards B-Class (B_FL-s1 | B-s1,d0) for both top and bottom.

The ResinDek Xspan FR structural floor solution can accommodate 125 psf dead loads at 32" center supports, as well as 2,300 lb. rolling pallet jack loads and 1,500 lbs mobile robot loads. Please refer to the load span tables below for other allowable uniform pallet jack loads, AGV, and AMR mobile robot loads. Moreover, ResinDek Xspan FR flooring panels have received approval from IBC Code Officials for use as a structural flooring system in specific applications. Structural support must undergo review and approval by UW Solutions' ResinDek brand and must be capable of supporting floor loads at designated intervals. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ResinDek fire-resistant flooring panels are custom manufactured and available in sizes up to 4' x 10' (1206 mm x 3048 mm) with our proprietary coatings and up to 4' x 8' (1206 mm x 2438 mm) with our MetaGard® steel surface for extreme wear conditions. The underside comes standard with a white reflective underside. ResinDek tongue and groove configurations promote effective panel to panel wheel load transfers. When required, tongue and groove configurations are available on all 4 sides.

ResinDek Xspan FR engineered flooring panels are custom manufactured with specially sorted and processed wood fibers, customized formaldehyde free resins, and a wax emulsifier for moisture resistance. The ingredients are combined and compressed under extremely high pressure and temperature, resulting in a panel with superior physical properties.

All ResinDek flooring panels include a standard 10-year product warranty that covers pallet jack loads for a decade! UW Solutions warrants all ResinDek panels to be structurally sound, capable of safely carrying the specified design loads, and free from defects. For flooring solutions without B-deck: All allowable loads are determined based on a two-span condition. Uniform load values are calculated considering L/240 deflections; any deviation may affect these values positively or negatively. For inquiries regarding other span conditions, please reach out to UW Solutions' ResinDek brand.

TOP SIDE ENGINEERED FASTENERS

For conventional top side fastener installation, utilize our collated stand-up screwdriver and collated engineered drill screws. Not only does the collated screwdriver gun offer potential savings of up to 40% in fastening costs, but its ergonomic design also helps reduce installation fatigue.

The top side engineered fasteners are designed for strength, durability, and easy installation. No countersinking or pre-drilling is required as the wings are near the top of the shaft, which counterbore for screwheads. The number 2 square drive heads and points easily pierce up to 12-gauge steel decking and is designed to drill through wood and steel decking prior to the threads engaging, thus preventing the mezzanine floor panels from lifting.

COLLATED SCREWS FOR CORRUGATED METAL DECK
